Join our group!

Friends of Forgotten Feline is always in need of volunteers. Without them we wouldn't be able to feed our colonies twice a day or spread the word about our organization. By volunteering and becoming a feeder, you can help keep our cats healthy and cared for. Learn more below!

Why become a feeder?

Meet the cats!

Most of our colony consists of friendly, outgoing cats who love attention and head pats! Some are a little more shy than others, but they will still be glad to see you when you come to feed!

It's quick and easy!

Feeding both colonies only takes about 20 minutes, unless you want to spend extra time giving them some affection, which we know is hard to pass up!

We'll provide the food!

We know not all of our volunteers can donate and supply their own food for feedings. That's okay! We always have food to provide, so feeding doesn't cost you anything!

You'll learn from a pro!

When you volunteer to feed, one of our experienced group feeders will meet you at the fairgrounds to show you exactly what to do, and introduce you to some of the cats!

Our schedule is flexible!

Our colonies receive two feedings every day; morning and evening. Most of our volunteers complete their feedings on their way to (8 to 10am) or from (5 to 7pm) work. As long as the cats get fed, timing can be flexible. We understand that schedules vary and weather is ever-changing!

Make a difference!

When you feed you are doing so much more than just that. You are keeping the colonies nourished and healthy, which helps them stay put, so we know they are safe and well cared for. We keep the community safe by making sure all the cats are healthy and fixed to ensure population control.
